LINCOLN - Annie and Nathan Green announce the birth of their second daughter, Charlotte Jane Green, on Feb. 17 at Women & Infants' Hospital. Charlotte, who weighed 8 pounds, joins her 2 ½-year-old sister Helen Mary. Maternal grandparents are Rosina and Jonathan Guise of Lincoln; paternal grandparents are Marcia and Alan Green of Cumberland.

WOONSOCKET - Bonnie (Bryant) and Lawrence Palladini Jr. announce the birth of a daughter, Shannonjean Claudia Palladini, on Jan. 31 at Landmark Medical Center. Shannonjean weighed 6 pounds, 2 ounces. She is the granddaughter of Dean Bryant of Franklin, Mass. and the late Jean Bryant, and Claudia Palladini of Franklin, Mass. and the late Lawrence Palladini Sr. She is the little sister of Sophia and Isabella.

LINCOLN - LeeAnna Bedard and Thomas Fraioli Jr. announce the birth of a son, Thomas Anthony Fraioli III, on Dec. 11 at Woman & Infants Hospital. Thomas weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces. He is the grandson of Danny and Lisa Bedard of Lincoln, and Thomas and Linda Fraioli of North Providence.

LINCOLN - Walter and Julie (Radzwill) Bartberger announce the birth of a daughter, Jessica Rose Bartberger, on Jan. 19 at Women & Infants Hospital. Jessica weighed 5 pounds, 3 ounces. She is the granddaughter of Linda Radzwill and Thomas Broderick of Foxboro, Mass., and Deborah and Robert Murphy of Boston. She is the little sister of Chip Bartberger.

WOONSOCKET - Mathew and Melissa (Turner) Picard announce the birth of a daughter, Abagail Grace Picard, on Nov. 20 at Woman & Infants Hospital. Abagail weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces. She is the granddaughter of Glen and Diane Turner of Woonsocket, and Charles and Paulette Picard of Woonsocket. She is the little sister of Katelyn Picard.

WOONSOCKET - Michael and Kimberly (Mowry) Lambert announce the birth of twin sons, Cameron Michael and Jonathan Richard Lambert, on Jan. 8 at Women & Infants Hospital. Cameron weighed 5 pounds, 6 ounces. Jonathan weighed 5 pounds, 2 ounces. They are the grandchildren of Cecile Mowry of Bellingham, Mass. and Kenneth Mowry of Woonsocket, and Richard and Yvette Lambert of Woonsocket. They are the little brothers of Michaela Lambert.

CUMBERLAND - Rob and Shelley (Singleton) Cartier announce the birth of a son, Lucas Kevin Cartier, on Jan. 26 at Women & Infants Hospital. Lucas weighed 9 pounds, 1 ounce. He is the grandson of Bob and Jean Singleton of Cumberland, and Bob and Paulette Cartier of Woonsocket. He is the little brother of Zackary Cartier.

BURRILLVILLE - Daniel and Naydeen (Fortson) Kafalas announce the birth of a son, Dylan Michael Kafalas, on Feb. 16 at Women & Infants Hospital. Dylan weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces. He is the grandson of H. Gary Fortson of North Providence and Dianne and Bob O'Brien of Pawtucket, and Dennis and Barbara Kafalas of Burrillville. He is the great-grandson of Harold and Pat Fortson of Pawtucket, Donald and Gertrude Kafalas of North Smithfield and Dorothy DeThomas of Woonsocket. He is the great-great grandson of Florence Kafalas of North Smithfield.
